This is a list of our Live Streaming offerings, Every wedding is different, so let us know if we can tailor suit a package for your big day…

*** SPECIAL *** Add Live Streaming to an existing photography or videography package when there are at least 2 photographers booked - Receive a Discounted price of $750 instead of $950

Ceremony Coverage - $950

  • 1x Videographer / Operator

  • Up to 1.5hrs of broadcasting and including the 2hrs of setup

  • 3 Camera angles mixed live

  • Professional Audio including 2 Wireless microphones

  • Video link is supplied to you before the wedding so that you can send it to your friends and family

  • Price includes Brisbane area, Travel to other destinations will be quoted as required (we can/do travel to many remote locations)

Add Satellite internet - $285

  • Includes portable power if required on the location.

  • Satellite may be required for remote locations or where there is No/limited Mobile phone coverage

Add Reception Speeches Coverage + $750

  • Up to 2 hrs of broadcasting on 2 camera angles

  • Professional Audio

  • This option is only available combined with the ceremony package

FAQs Live Streaming

What is the preparation time at the Venue? - We require about 2 hours of setup time - This will allow us to set up the equipment, check and test the internet speed and availability, conduct a test stream.

When do you start to live stream? - Usually about half an hour before the formalities start. This ensures that we have a safety buffer and we know that the live stream should be stable

What Equipment do you use? - We use professional live streaming cameras that are specific to live streaming, Professional audio equipment to ensure clear audio during the broadcast

What happens if the internet drops out and the live streaming stops? - The live stream will also be recorded locally and we will upload the video as soon as the internet is restored. Unfortunately sometimes the internet quality and upload speeds are out of our control and this is a possibility, but rest assured we do everything we can to provide you with a professional outcome
